What We Look For
NL Patent AI Capital invests in seed-stage companies that meet the following criteria: a founding team with deep technical expertise, a defensible and growing intellectual property portfolio, a clear pathway to commercial revenue, and a market opportunity large enough to justify category-defining ambition.
We do not require revenue at the seed stage. We invest in technology and people. If your IP is novel, your team is exceptional, and your market is significant, we want to meet you.

AI, ML, biotech, space, advanced manufacturing, climate tech, and cybersecurity.
Seed Stage
We lead or co-lead seed rounds. Pre-seed conversations welcome for exceptional IP.
